Steps to make Keema Curry:
- Chop all vegetables finely. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and ginger.
- When the ingredients in Step 1 become fragrant, add the meat and continue to cook. Then add all vegetables and stir-fry.
- When it's cooked thoroughly, stir in the ※ ingredients. Simmer briefly, and serve when it's nice and thick.
