  4. Now add sliced tomato (ab sliced tamater dalain or phr bhoonain).
  5. Then add 3tbsp yogurt.(ab sahi add krain or mzeed itna pakayn k tamater or dahi achi trha keema Mai mix hojayn).
  6. Now add potatoes in cubes and green chillies and mix it.(ab is Mai aloo chakor katay huye or Hari mirchain shamil krdain)
  7. Now cover it and cook it for 5 minutes or untill potatoes will be done.(ab iaay cover KR k itna pakayn k aloo gal jaye).
  8. Add all spice powder(ab garam masala powder b add krsain)
  9. Now dish it out add Julien ginger and fresh corainder leaves.(ab serving dish Mai nikal KR barik Kati Hui adrak or Hara dhania add krdain.)

  11. Note. I add potatoes because my daughter love potatoes in keema or mince you can skip potatoes and same recipe is for khara masala keema.
