- Sub ingredients ek jaga kar lein
- 1/2 cup oil garam kar ke onion golden brown kar ke nikal lein aur side kar dein
- Gol mirch, sabit dhanya, song, zera, kali mirch ko dry roste kar ke side kar lein
- Aub roasted masalay aur baki garam masalae, jaifal, jawetri, darcheni, bari elachi. Hoti elachi, long, tez patta, badiyan ka phool sub ko mix kar lein
- Aub sare sabit masale grand kar lein
- Keene main papaya paste add krein
- Ginger garlic paste add krein
- Yogurt add krein
- Kashmiri lal mirch add krein
- Tarmiric powder add krein
- Salt add kar dein rosted besan add krein
- Jo masale pesay thay wo add krein
- Brown onion add krein
- Oil add krein
- Tamam masale add krne ke baad khub achi tarhan hath sy mix kar ke 2 hour ke liye fridge main rakh dein
- 2 hour ke baad ek mote penday ki pateli main keema dal kar slow flame par 3 hour ke liye pakne rakh dein cover kar ke
- 3 hour ke baad ghee add krein 15 min mazeed slow flame par pakain
- Flame off kar ke koile ka dhowan de dein 10 min ke liye cover kar dein
