- Take 1 kg mutton keema (minced meat)
- Prepare 2 chopped onions

- Prepare 6 table spoons red chilli powder
- Make ready 2-1/2 tsp salt

- Get 1 tablespoon whole garam masala powder
- Take 1 cup coriander leaves & curry leaves
- Get 2 spoons ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 cup methi leaves
- Make ready 3 chopped tomatoes
- Make ready 6-8 tablespoons oil
Steps to make Methi Mutton keema:
- Wash the meat and keep aside in a cooking pan add oil add onions fry until golden brown add the green chillies ginger garlic paste and turmeric and the methi leaves, curry leaves, stir well add the meat again stir now fry the meat in the oil for 10min in a low flame
- Then add the red chilli powder salt and garam masala powder tomatoes cook for 15min low flame close the lid and (don’t not pour water) stir in between
- Now add 1/2 glass of water and keep in a high flame cook for another 10 min stir in between then simmer the flame add the chopped coriander leaves and turn of the flame methi mutton keema is ready to attack goes well with bagara rice Poori and rotis
