- shape mince mix into loaf shape to fit loaf tin , now cover the loaf generously in the breadcrumb mix and seal in all the meat . place into loaf tin and sprinkle a very little grated cheese on top and place into the preheated oven for about 1 hour until golden and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese onto the meatloaf and cook for a further 20 minutes on 160'C - 320'F until the cheese melts and is golden and the loaf is cooked through . let rest for 10 minutes . slice , serve and enjoy . :-)
