  4. Prepare 3 Cubed Potatoes
  5. Prepare 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Whole)
  6. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  7. Get 2 Tomatoes
  8. Get 1 Onion
  9. Take Garlic Ginger Paste
  10. Get to Taste Salt
  11. Make ready Cooking Oil
Instructions to make Coconut rice With Mince & Potato Curry (Aloo Kheema):
  1. Rice: Add salt to the coconut milk and bring to boil, then add your washed rice and boil till cooked. Set aside.
  2. In a heavy based pan/ Cooking pot add some oil and onions and fry till soft
  3. Add your potatoes and continue to fry, add cumin seeds mix well till the onions are cooked and potatoes are almost half cooked.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste fry then add the mince and cook on medium low heat. Till moisture/water is almost fully dried off the meat.
  5. Then add your spices and mix well. Then add your tomatoes, chopped or blended. Let it simmer, cook well till the tomatoes soften.
  6. Incase your potatoes are not well cooked you can add like 1/2 cup of water. Then simmer till the water dries/ reduces.
  7. Add garam masala, salt and chopped dhania. Mix and turn gas off.
  8. Serve with Rice / chapati.
